Russian figure skater Evgeny Pluschenko has been awarded 90.85 points after performing the short program at the Olympic Games, taking a narrow lead going into the free dance.
Pluschenko is respected and adored around the world including Canada. However, last night he also spoke to Canadian reporter; he stated that he did not do all that he could in the short program because he felt tired, that he has lost some weight and that he needed a massage. Why has the Russian Sport Federation not taking care of all his needs? Pluschenko will win the Gold Metal for Russia if he plays his game but he must receive all the care and the help he needs. He is awesome to watch.
