US foreign policy could kill us all

American foreign policy gets destroyed in the first half of VIP. Walter Smolarek from Sputnik sits down with Lee to talk about Trump’s recent moves with North Korea, as well as US foreign policy regarding Iran, Russia, China, and Venezuela. Smolarek highlights how dangerous the times we live in are, and how ridiculous the mainstream media’s coverage of these dangers is. Lee also talks to Kaela Bamberger of Extinction Rebellion DC. Her organization recently used their bodies and some glue to block members of Congress from getting to the Capitol building for a floor vote. They’re trying to get Congress to declare a climate emergency. She explains why disruptive, nonviolent civil disobedience is a necessary tool for any movement trying to save society from extinction.
