Shelling intensifies in eastern Ukraine with artillery fire damaging a water pumping station, cutting off supplies to 20-thousand people. The self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic has declared a state of emergency. More than 50-thousand people have fled the violence in recent days by crossing the border into neighboring Russia with a mass evacuation well underway.
