Sequestering the poor, UFO phenomena, Wall St. extorts Washington

On this episode of Breaking the Set, Abby Martin calls out the corporate media for fixating on how the sequester is affecting White House tours while ignoring the devastating effects federal budget cuts are having on the poor. Abby then talks to BTS producer Manuel Rapalo about UFO phenomena by highlighting a few notable cases of UFO sightings in the US. Abby then talks to Max Keiser, host of the ‘Keiser Report,’ about banks that are ‘too big to prosecute’, Wall Street’s influence over Washington and the state of the global economy. BTS wraps up the show with a look at the case of Stephen Slevin, who was confined in isolation for almost two years after he was charged, but not convicted, and looks at how solitary confinement is a form of torture.
