300 evacuated after fire engulfs parking lot under Moscow residential building

Moscow firefighters evacuated around 300 people after a major fire erupted at an underground parking lot on Sunday morning. Several cars were heavily damaged by the blaze under a 20-story residential building in the northwest of the city before rescue services managed to douse it. One person required medical assistance following the incident. Fire engines caused some traffic congestion on a nearby highway.
