Ruling elite or not, huge difference between two of them ! Vladimir PUTIN, he is one and only! Best PRESIDENT ever! Dangerous times are coming! Nobody would be better than Vladimir PUTIN for Russia and world ! President Medvedev would be better as Prime Minister, economy is his domain ! PUTIN 2012 !
Big money and the money changers rule the current world. Is Russia an Exception? To find out track the big money and wealth of Russia. Is the wealth distributed in a fair manner? How many billionaires are in government positions? How rich are your top leaders? Billionaires? What is the quality of life for the average citizen in Russia? Are citizens being exploited so the billionaires can get richer? If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it may just be a duck {ruling elite money changers}.
Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts even more. So the saying goes if i'm right. But putin is popular and shows his nationalism and pride in russia. They could have the clintons or obama nah they are corrupt liberals fundamentalist at that. Russia is in safe hands even if it is a cliq of elitist but they 'seem' to know what they are doing and moving away from the USA dominance, and its self inflicted problems, and going more towards asia for trade. For the time being but you never know someone always throws a spanner in the works.
