The Global Policy Forum “The Modern State: Standards of Democracy and Criteria of Efficiency” has kicked off in the Russian city of Yaroslavl.

I just come back from a three months rest in Orenburg. Not knowing the russian language well enough, I was quiet out of all actualities. It was a great vacation among friends. This time I was more objective and realized that Russia has, like us in France, a lot of problems to solve; Mr Putin's good words are not enough. It seems to me that your president is a businessman; not a politician dedicated to his people. I, also noticed that RT like CNN or France-televisions is a media-show with little sincerity. This gathering will be costly and useless like all the preceding and poor peoples in Orenburg like in most of the World's cities will keep on looking on garbages' cans for their survival. Please read the book which I have sent to RT. Sorry Future Generations...Sincerely...Jean-Claude Meslin
