An online plea published in Dmitry Medvedev’s new blog prompted swift response much to the surprise of the author. Media wonder whether users will now flood the president with personal problems.

Yes but that is the point, get the issues on the table, no one can hide from a free information network, only good can come from these initiatives, if a hospital is run badly and everyone believes it is not is it still a problem, answer yes, it's a problem to the people directly effected, and so on with a 1000 other issues the answer is interaction because that brings issues and problem solving, to the fore, this is smart policy and can only work if it's genuine which I believe it is. sure no one wants to preach doom and gloom but, the difference is if solutions come as a result. wallah it's new form of "democratic" interaction.
