Is the cause of this drought in Russia, a part of climate change?

By the way, Estonia has offered its help to fight those wild fires. No response so far from Russia.

The Estonian Red Cross is also taking public contributions for assistance to Russian fire victims. RT, which finds plenty of time to regularly run denigrating articles about Estonia and the Baltics, is strangely silent about this. I don't believe I have ever read in RT either how for years the Estonian Red Cross operated all-expenses paid summer camps in Estonia for the children of Chernobyl and their carers, and how Estonia supplied vaccines and medical aid in the past to the Pskov region during a past medical emergency there and has assisted Russians in various other regional projects. No, as far as RT is concerned, the only thing that seems to be of interest in Estonia are alleged Nazis, supposed fascists, city statues and the like.
