Warring can never be 'on-the-cheap' , especially for a country like india , which doesn't know the difference between a wish-list and 'policy'..! As far as I see India doesn't have a foreign policy..!! it doesn't have a 'defense policy..!! either !! It 's 'dead'..!! as far.. as I know..something about 'policy' and such things..! Russia at the least has a faulty foreign policy and a faulty defense policy..but at least 'has a struggling foreign and defense policy' as against a "DEAD" indian counterpart. such countries and peoples dont last long...!! thats for SURE!!! from raaj joshi email; aventinesylla@yahoo.co.in
