How can Americans have the guts to dictate such a rule when they sell arms of mass destruction to dictators or crazy politicians like Saakashvili. They even went as far as giving or selling atomic weapons to Israel and perhaps others. How hypocrite can they be. Shame on you USA !!! JCM

If you have lifed the sanctions, than you expect some joint ventures and other bussineses with russian defence industry. Former President Putin, has eliminated the cooperation betwen US and Russian military companies in early 2000, becouse US companies had sistematicaly been stealing russian technology and ideas in 90`s, when they founded soome joint ventures between Russia and US, and then US closed and stop funding the projects, becouse they had acured enough knowledge about russian tech. Then US companies have allways found soome high profile excuse, why they have canceled the joint projects with Russia. Not only US companies...European and Chinese did that allso. If we ask ourself...what actually United States of America are... ? They are founded on foreighners and ideas and inventions from smart people from abroad !

If Russia wants to continue its march towards modernization, it has no choice but to bring itself in line with other Western countries and certain Asian ones such as Japan. This means co-operating with them in all areas, including the nuclear issue. It's pointless and silly for Russia to hold back its own development for the sake of countries such as Iran, who will take everything that they can from Russia and spit in Russia's face even while they are doing it. In the end, countries like Iran don't think twice about stabbing the people who helped them in the back. Russia is better off fostering good relations with reliable partners, and the US is very good to it's friends. Only it's enemies need fear it.

Jean Claude Meslin, were you referring to the arms sale between France and Russia with "Mistral" class ship? Let me ASK you, "did these sanctions" HURT Mother Russia? NO, the "third world" countries LOVE to buy weapons of MASS destruction from Russia because they "hated" America like you do!

Sierr Nevada First of all; I do not hate America. I lived there 21 years. I love the people but really dislike your political and economic system which betray your wonderful Constitution. Secondly: I do not pay much attention to people who use pseudo because they are too "chicken" to face the facts. Thirdly: As far as the "southern wind" Mistral ship sold to Russia; you should have read my comment before arguing stupidly. France is broke; we have the worse politician possible as Head of State and my country has absolutely no morale when selling armaments. We go from one scandal to an other. Our decisions-makers' arguments are the same as those used in America: It create jobs (and make huge fortunes for crooks like Dassault, Lagardère and consorts). So far RT published over 400 of my comments; most of all ending this way: Sorry Future Generations; you should read them and sign your next complain with your full name. Respectfully. This is not even a story really because as far as I know the sanctions imposed on these Russian companies basically forbid US government agencies from buying products from these Russian companies. Now the sanctions are removed I doubt anything at all will change because US government agencies were not buying Russian kit anyway.
