In an interconnected World as we are it is important to guarantee respect for individuals who look different because in other countries they are going to treat as the same way we treat them in our country. We have to be selfish and be good to those who look different. Individuals, both nationals and foreigners, who commit criminal acts should be punished the same. With the increasing importance of Trade and economic cooperation with China, Africa and Latinamerica, racism is bad for business. But, at the same time, Russia and the West have to take the necessary steps to guarantee population growth to preserve our culture and civilisation. Assimilation of foreigners and natives is the right word, something Russia has done for centuries.
