@NWO:  You need to move into the ghetto for a couple of years to understand how awful you sound here.  Ghetto property is usually very cheap, and the corner properties tend to be un-developed, so you can afford to either buy a "nice" house there, or build your own commercial property on a busy corner, and experience the "joys" of the "multi-cultural" experience, for yourself.
