I not like to make any comment about any investment from the donor country to somali people and their leaders too,because it dipends bilateral interests. I British-Somali born,come from southern part of Somalia.Just i would like suggest to Chairman Mr.Alan A.Michael that Italy lost completely colonial credibility of southern party of Somalia,because when civil war started and millions of somali people evacuated from the country,for their own safety,Italy does not interfered. Mostly BRITISH AND ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRY(UK,USA,CANADA,AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND)opened doors an gave shelters for somali people.Ald italian speaking people passed awey.New generation now and after the second language will be only English.
