Why does her face pucker at about 32 sec when she says it's no more than an optical illusion? Sure sign she's hiding something!

is it possible that HAARP project with ionosphere-reflected an focused electromagnetic storm of ExtraLowFrequency waves happend?

Of course she lies, of course she is hiding something... All women do this... Ha ha ha! However it is NOT a "ufo", I happen to be a "mad scientist" and I know a few things. This strict phenomenon was an artificial cloud creation. What is more important is what did create the cloud. Some ground super weapon, e.g. a weather controller? Or a new stealth aircraft? We can't know more. Is Russia doing a "power show" to USA? It is quite possible... It is something "Uncle Vladimir" would do. So it is nothing to worry about....

It could be that the Duma was just discussing the "liberty" that Stalin had brought to Eastern Europe. Halos happen.

@Marzipan6 Same old BOOORIIINNNGGGGGG statement from M6 who fails to see the fact that a) half of those involved in the Communist takeover in Estonian was Estonians b) that like in other Soviet republics the leadership and heads of the security services just happen to be Jewish c) Communism was a Jewish political movement d) there was probably more ethnic Estonians in the government of post war WW2 and than they were in Russia's in 1917 an 84% Jewish Bolshevik state. Is it not western power’s who gave sanctuary to Marxist terrorists, financed proxy wars to bring it about, trained them and financed to the tune of over a billion dollars to install Communism in Russia who they kept in power with banking loans, western media propaganda like Duranty and the NY Times, food shipments, etc. Perhaps the halo is because Russia has reaffirmed it's stance on Kosovo that US lead created Jewish Bolshevik style Islamic state that Europe including Estonia deemed worthy of citizenship. @ergatis The fact that Russia is planning to modernise its military by buying weapons overseas from France, Finland, etc. because there industrial sector was decimated during the liberal reforms of the 90’s shows they don’t have the capacity to create a super top secret new weapon.

The UFO over Moscow was probably just P. M. Putin's fancy ride.

To be honest, I don't think it's a natural phenomenon. What kind of natural weather occurrence can create what looks like a perfect circle? Nothing that I know of. Was it an illusion made by man? Hmmm, I hope not.A UFO? Quite possibly. But one way or an other, I hope it is a UFO, and we get to see more of them :o)

It's all about controlling the wether, they may not have perfected making it rain but they know how to stop it from raining. Here in Australia were had drought conditions for many years now and they blame it on the so called elnino affect or the hole in the ozone layer. Australias has relied on farming of some sort as it's main exported products and now it's mining they neaded to dry the place up to force the farmers of their land so they can have easy access to the land for mining. Back in the 1930's all world powers signed an agreement not to use wether tech as a weapon of war so what are they using it for? We all know that hot air rises and is replaced with cooler air and that cyclones form were warm and cooler waters meet the diference in temp only has to be a couple of degrease to trigger it of. Well all the ocean is is really thick air. Life is a process of Action, Reaction, Result. I see fresh drinking water as the next big money maker were allready paying for it here in OZ. I guess that's what our former leader John Howard ment when he stated on national TV that NOTHINGS FOR FREE NORE SHOULD IT BE.

Most scientists agree with the principle of Occam's Razor: the simplest explanation that accounts for the observation is probably the correct one. The simplest explanation for this isolated, viral video is that the sky was blue, with no clouds, permitting a simple video editing program to substitute a "shaky" video of a painting or drawing of clouds, including the so-called "optical illusion" halo. But even if there had been clouds in the sky, the substitution could be made in a few hours of frame-by-frame image substitution. Unless the phenomenon was independently photographed by others of the supposed "millions" who witnessed the event, I will assume it's yet another hoax resulting from image trickery.

October 08, 2009, 23:55, theny wrote > is it possible that HAARP project with ionosphere-reflected an focused electromagnetic storm of ExtraLowFrequency waves happend? Yes, that's exactly what it is. There was an almost identical photo published in U.S. Parade (a national 'news' supplement for the ignorant masses) about 5 years ago. Everyone thought "how cute". This is what happens when electromagnetic waves push out on the ionosphere using an ionospheric heater like HAARP. Russia has even larger ionospheric heaters it is believed. This technology can be used for communications, weather modification, and more. It can be used to visualize structures far under the earth's surface at the other side of the world. HAARP's applications can be enhanced by placing flak in the atmosphere ("chemtrails" contain metals like aluminum and barium, btw, perhaps for use with HAARP). There is plenty of information out there if you search those terms and use your discretion. Here is my own website that has some info on HAARP, although not comprehensive yet: http://www.thelastfortressisyourmind.com Good luck everybody.
