A flying saucer-shaped cloud has been spotted in the skies above Romania.
People who filmed the phenomenon say viewed from a distance, and outlined by a ring of sunlight, the cloud looks like an alien aircraft.
But weather specialists say the formation, known as a "fallstreak hole", occurs when moisture in the air cools below zero Celsius but doesn't quite turn to ice.
The cloud in Romania appeared just weeks after a similarly striking formation appeared over Moscow.
Meteorologists explained that the phenomenon is an optical effect produced by rare weather conditions.

Chechen president Kadyrov vs human rights chiefA criminal case against the head of a human rights group, Oleg Orlov, accused of slander against the Chechen President, has been initiated on Tuesday, said Ramzan Kadyrov’s lawyer, according to news agency Interfax. |
One was also reported in the U.S. There are no pics of this, the person reported it to, I think, MUFON and said it looked just like the one in Moscow except it was at night, lighting up the clouds in a circle. Interesting. Whether or not this is a rare weather phenomenon as claimed to be, what ever this is, it doesn't seem so rare, does it?

Its weather modification used by a haarp project. It is quite inorganic to nature and the phenomena is based upon scaler waves which are longitudinal waves that have no entropy loss.
