A five-year-old boy has rescued his sister, who broke under ice covering a Siberian river. He grabbed her by the hood with his teeth and did not allow her sink for 30 minutes until help arrived.

This story reminds me of another heroic story of a Russian/Soviet soldier. During WWII, in one of the heavy fighting in Stalingrad, a private whose name I cannot remember [see doc Road to Stalingrad]Russian/Soviet solder crawled under a heavy enemy fire during bitter fighting in Stalingrad. His mission was to find where the communication wire was severed and restore it. At the very moment when he found where the wire was severed, he was mortally wounded. The soldier had the courage to use his teeth to connect the wire and the communication was restored. Russian has heroic people and a heroic history. What I want to know is why thousands of children from Siberia are allowed to be adopted in foreign countries? I am certain that there are many courageous future citizens of Russia among the tens of thousands of Russian children from Siberia who are adopted in foreign countries every year. End the adoption of Russian children in foreign countries and celebrate the heroic deeds of your children and future citizens.
