A teenager in the Chelyabinsk region in Russia’s Urals raped two first graders, apparently after being inspired by pornography. However, the rapist will walk free since he has not reached legal age.
Where is the justice in this? So he is only 13yrs old... he committed a crime and he needs to do the time... Those poor boys will be traumatised for life and he gets to walk free? This 13 year old boy needs pysciatric help... he is only going to re-offend in the next year or two.. they should have a place for young offenders to go to... not let them walk free... that is teaching the 13year old boy that its ok and he can get away with it again. Russia needs to improve its laws regarding young offenders. I shudder to think what this young man will be like when he is in his 20's.
That boy is sick in the mind I agree with you a 100% those two little boys bless their hearts and it's gone to be with them for the rest of their lives ! the mother doesn't show any concern for her own son. There is no justice or that 13 yrs old wouldn't be walking free he needs to be in some kind of place for troubled teens. I feel for the parents of those little ones ! those little boys need to be told by their parent's it wasn't their fault for what happen to them and if their not told this they will grow up and blame them selfs. When they were at blame at all.
made a crime must be punished no bar on age i love Russia the trustable only friend of India forever
Is it just me or does this story sound fabricated? First off a 10 kilometer (22 mile!) walk through woods? How many 7 & 8 yr old kids have the endurance to walk over 10 kilo's through the woods? Secondly while he was allegedly violating the first one what happened to the second boy? Did he just stand around and watch and not flee? Not to mention staying quiet and following the boy while he dumped the first kid off at a random vehicle that he stopped? Thirdly "when they left the next morning" implying the second child stayed there the entire night without trying to escape and then went with him the next day? It just sounds supremely skeptical if all the given facts are accurate as presented.

This is absolutely atrocious and shocking. Just because the perpetrator is 13 years old, he gets away scot-free? Wow, can you imagine if more teenagers 13yrs. and under start committing more crimes such as rape because they know they can get away with it? Perhaps that needs to happen before they change their laws. What would have happened if one of the boys were to have been killed? Would they still not prosecute because he's "under age"? Their reasoning is insane. It's pathetic.
