The Republic of South Ossetia celebrated 20 years since it declared independence. In the last two decades it has faced several military conflicts amid attempts by Georgia to bring it back under Tbilisi’s control.
Time for Russian troops to leave South and North Ossetia. This occupation of Alania has to end!!
@ Paul
Russian troops are in S.Ossetia by international law who permits them to be there so they can protect the Ossetians. Thank god that this law has been made otherwise all Ossetians would be killed by Saakashvili n 2008.
And N.Ossetia is Russia.

Russia should have been praised for saving the Ossetian people from that Georgian madman Saakashvili, instead of being vilified by the US. Saakashvili overplayed his hand and now is twisting and turning to conceal the extent of his madness on that August of 2008.
