Mothers sold daughters’ virginity online

Moscow police have detained two mothers, who were selling their daughters’ virginity via the Internet.
The girls should be placed somewhere? Their mothers should go to jail? The mothers sound dotty and feeble-minded. If they go to jail, they won't be able to care for their families at all. Not even in the way of uneducated peasant types who think it's okay to sacrifice their girls' virginity to save the family from utter destitution. The girls will very likely be raped, without getting money for their poor families, if they are sent away somewhere, in government care. A better solution is to educate the mothers, get therapy for the girls, and provide financial assistance to these desperate families so they don't have to go to such measures to survive.

Emphasizing the monetary value of female virginity, some women have offered their virginity for sale. In 2004, a lesbian student from the University of Bristol was said to have sold her virginity online for £8,400, and Londoner Rosie Reid, 18, reportedly slept with a 44-year-old BT engineer in a Euston hotel room against payment for her virginity. In 2008, Italian model Raffaella Fico, then 20 years old, offered her virginity for 1 million Euros. In that same year, an American using the pseudonym Natalie Dylan announced she would accept bids for her virginity through a Nevada brothel's web site.A TEENAGER who sold her virginity online for $20,000 has revealed the details of her tryst with the winning bidder. Alina Percea, 18, sold her virginity on a website so that she could afford to pay for her computing degree. The winner of the auction was a 45-year-old Italian businessman but she had no qualms about going through with the deal. The businessman from Bologna paid for her to fly to Venice where the couple toured the sights before spending a night in a luxury hotel. ETC. 10 years is too long but for sure both girls should be placed somewhere for a while.
