Snow joke: Moscow golfers brave elements for tournament

A bit of snow isn't going to stop Russia's small but dedicated group of golfers. With six months of snowfall, Muscovites are getting creative with their winter sports – braving the elements to play nine holes of golf.
The second annual open tournament has attracted golf lovers to a Moscow club where, despite the brisk weather, everything is ready for the game. The snow was flattened to make way for fairways and holes. Flags have been put to indicate where the holes are, while the balls have been colored bright pink.
Players say there are 34 basic rules of playing golf, but the 35th unwritten rule is to have fun.
