Don't post a news article based on a survey. It is already proven you can make a survey show what ever the person wants. Most Russians do smoke so what you think they have to say about it? Exactly!!! I am against one major thing and I am sure everyone else is: Outside our homes in the playground near just about every home in Russia has a small group of drunkers are disobedient youth who will drink and yell all the way into 5am in the morning during the work week. Does this problem need new laws and rules? NO!!!!! Cops don't do anything and if they tried, they'd just run away. So what is social engineering going to bring us??????? Nothing more than a tyrannical society where the government can pick and choose who to persecute and pull odd laws out of the book to use. Fight smoking and drinking with education. Fight depression oriented bad habits via economics. Increase the Middle Class.... Creating laws saying don't look, don't touch, don't breathe... just nonsense....

I personally think that the government should protect children and none-smokers from tobacco smoke. But those people who have already started, and I am talking about 18+, that should be left alone and the government should not tyranize and demonize them. As long as a cigarette is a legal product, why should smokers be exiled?
