“Skolkovo can be a success, but not a miracle”

RT spoke with the Russian-born biophysicist Konstantin Agladze, professor at Kyoto University, who is launching a laboratory in Russia. He shared his impression on the planned boost of research in Russia and the Skolkovo project.
Houses and cars are not cheap and not everyone is able to buy it. Nevertheless, home loans are created to aid people in such situations.
It will give progress. And yet the funding of proyects and holding of patents is a plus. Offer 100% funding, a percentage of patents and "BEWARE!". As most every corporation in the planet will want a piece of the action. Eventually , one update the offer to less percentages , of course. Soveits had a good idea with super secret cities for military and so. Some impatc should go thru basic civil areas like, production to 3 x's present levels and trades like welding and electronics. It doesn't need to be a miracle, it just needs to be a centre where ideas and inventions can, with investment, turn into sell-able products ready for market and mass production.
