What type of nuclear fuel will America give to Saakasvili if he ask for ? Certainly the same, as the one given by the US to Israel, or the bombs ready to be used. I don't trust that whole nuclear no-proliferation 's business and come back to my previous suggestion: Remove the United Nations off America then have the all nuclear arms existing on the planet sent to that institution (Through IAEA) which will dismount them and send the fuel to those in need for electricity, supervised by inspectors. Knowing what human nature can do and having witnessed how deceitful are Americans. Not only Russians, but the whole Humanity, when dealing with the subject of mankind's possible extermination must have the absolute warranty that nobody can cheat. I suggest two locations for a really neutral ONU (not America' s puppet as it is now) The Kerguelen Islands (free from France) or Alexandria (free from Egypt). There are other places to be considered...Sincerely...Jean-Claude Meslin
