On Thursday the Russian Parliament’s lower house ratified Protocol 14 to the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights. Now Russians can appeal against unsatisfactory domestic court rulings.

These courts are no moral authority. This is idiotic having domestic legal proceedings taking place in foreign courts and judged by foreign members. They have no legal authority over another sovereign nation and to give them that authority is TREASON. If there are problems in the domestic legal system, they need to be challenged, changed properly within the parameters of Russia's own constitution. Treason and foreign judgments I will NEVER EVER Recognize. Especially from the group of CLOWNS in Strasbourg.
