Restoring equal funding for Paralympians with their able boded athletics was one of many great initiatives of Vladimir Putin to Russia. This marks Putin as a visionary leader. Now, the next important step is to make the society and physical infrastructure of Russia fully accessible to people with disabilities. These are millions of people who can productively contribute to their society. Inclusion of people with disabilities must now be made enshrined in the constitution of the Russian Federation. Congratulations to all Paralympians!
