The Russian General Prosecutor’s office has requested details from a Spanish court in a case involving Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska, Russian media report.

Good grief, it is not only Spain that suspects this. Deripaska was a survivor of the 1990s-style of doing business, after all. Moscow in the 1990s was like Chicago in the 1930s (and like parts of New Jersey today).

How can one individual accumulate more than one billion dollars without lying, cheating and stealing? Is it possible. Anyone having more than one hundred million dollars should be assessed a sin tax of 99 per cent of all wealth over one hundred million dollars. Trying to accumulate that kind of wealth brings in lust and corruption. Relieve these poor souls of this heavy burden. Also, we need to try to keep the thieves out of wall street that are not already there. They are destroying America. Can anyone give me justification for any one individual being allowed to swindle and keep a billion dollars?
