Russian billionaire Vladimir Potanin says he plans to give almost all of his two billion dollar fortune to charity within the decade.

There, even if Potanen wants to give it to help his own country, this is the best decision for his wealth. The Peace of mind that he'll achieve will be even better for him at the end. Thank you.

Only non-Russians who stole the Russian people to utter impoverishment seem to be able to live in good conscience after they committed a financial crimes of unprecedented proportions. Potanin is trying to save his soul. Any one of the other oligarchs will live off their lives as sub-human species, unless they repent like Potanin. Living with a crime is the ultimate punishment for a human.
