"A belt is for your trousers - a talk is for your child" - that's the message that is displayed on a new item for sale in Barnaul, the capital of southern Siberia’s Altay Territory.
My mommy says my problem is that I had too many princess barbies growing up. "Blame me if you want to, but I'm not the one in the mental ward." We've both seen worse cases, even after my three years. She says it's genetic.
My mommy says I was only trying to kill myself to get back at her and that I'd scream until I puked, but I was hearing things around the roof. I'm also self-centered. No, really? I hadn't noticed. Survival. "You were not an easy child." My siblings are all good >:( Everyone has a rotten apple in the family. It stinks to be the apple, I guess.

These phrases are fine but they don't teach parents anything. I think parents who are suspect should be required to attend Child Development classes at night and/or have parents move into a controlled laboratory setting where they learn and practice good childcare practices for a set period of time. Some parents probably can't be reformed but many can. Russia should also have a Nanny 911 force that can be called in as needed. The Nanny 911 force could be students studying to be childcare or teaching assistans and teachers. It would give them practical experience in helping families resolve problems. It could be called a practicum and be a requirement for graduation. Get students involved in helping their community.
