Algeria is reportedly returning 15 MiG-29 fighter jets to Russia. The planes were supplied around two years ago, but Algerian officials claim they were equipped with worn or low-quality parts.

Further supplies of SU-30 jets to Algeria have also been suspended.
Russia sells its aircraft to a number of countries, including Syria and Iran.
