All people and this means Americans that adopt children from Russia and abusers them and a death is caused must be punished. They must receive the maximum sentence for murder if found guilty from the State the crime took place. On the other hand Russian news speaks out about these things that take place in America while it is also taking place in Russia, but things like this are put under the table.
