Russia should give Iran the S-300 since it is only a defensive weapon against pre-emptive attack from Israel, since Iran is a SCO member and one of Russia allies, the handling of S-300 to Iran should be completed regardless of any conversation with obama, if Russia stop supplying deffensive systems to Iran, NATO and USA will see it as a green light to attack Iran, and they will never trust Russia again, further more the SCO as such would be seen as a divided and betrayed organization, Union makes the strenght don't forget it!!!

Let Russia play its cards on this one. Iran won't be attacked and finally Israel will be forced to negotiate a one state solution.

If the United States wont like it then have them let Russia in the WTO, Then Russia wont need to sell weapons to Iran for money

If Russia wants to be credible in the world it must stand by the few friends it still has. Russia should not keep the present 'balance' which is by far in Israels favour, but it must help to create a real balance in the middle east so that Israel will think twice before it attacks any other country. If Israel has nukes so should have their neighbours, like India and Pakistan.
