Russia and Iraq hold 'fruitful' talks on energy co-operation

Iraqi Foreign Minister, Hoshyar Zebari, and his acting Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov have held talks in Moscow and signed a memorandum of understanding. Both described the talks as 'fruitful'.
