I think an integrated defense system is the best for Russia, Europe and America. Superpowers cannot act on their own in today's world.

Russia could take the route of building a system with NATO. However, a better approach may be to build one directly with Germany, France, Italy and Spain. In terms of negotiations and stability, this would be a far more practical solution. A combination of these countries could yield a high performance defence solution for both Europe and ourselves that has engineering excellence coupled with political and economic stability.

This sounds like the most sensible solution to the problem. Making a shield effective against Russia is some combination of uneccessary, unaffordable, impossible, and not worth the cost. My impression is it would be all of those, and it would only need to be one of them to make it a bad idea. Working with Moscow to defend against rogue states is good idea. However, it should be part of the agreement that Russia may not export the technology used in this shield without the consent of its fellow participants. Russia has a history of selling Iran defensive technology, and possessing defensive technology can help you discern ways to penetrate it. Additionally, as Russia noted with the scrapped Eastern European shield, defensive weapons can be threatening. Which makes sense, since defensive and offensive weaponry complement each other and thereby augment each other's functions.

Europe is under political and military occupation by US {the “axis of evil”} that has been misbehaving with impunity as it does not recognize the International Court. A step in this direction is good news for the whole world. Russia and the rest of the world would be safer and Europeans will be free to organize their defense as an entity and as individual states. Not that France with its 40 ACP countries, Britain with its Common Wealth {= common income case}, Germany its malicious behavior in the Balkans that almost started World War III and the rest of the colonialists are Virgin Maries! All citizen of the world must be willing by all means to weaken the US domination and thus lessen the frequency of wars, injustices, assassination rings, state terrorism, Zionism, invasions, occupations, dictatorships, manipulations, intrigues, illegal exploitation of foreign resources, secret prisons around Europe, secret arrests and transfers of people not for specific crimes, but because they may be considered as “enemy combatants” or unfriendly etc NATO was fathered by the US {CIA and US F.A. headed by Dales bros} ,and was mothered by ex Nazi officers, Vatican Secret Services, 33 degree masons receiving orders from US and Zionists, big industrialists etc. all members of BIlderberg an organization aiming in bringing Europe under the authority of US. Its present at the beginning was sensed in Europe in the 50ies and 60ies by the establishment of terrorist organizations, one each for every European country even one for the “independent” Switzerland. Some of their actions were the bomb in the Milano railway station and in Bologna {87 innocent victims}. The Dictatorship in Greece was established supported and maintained by US and NATO. In the establishment participated the Jewish Mossad. The structure or Greece’ defense and its weaponries are irrelevant with its defense needs and are imposed by NATO and the US.
