Enable our people's eyes and enable technological eyes, working together, never against each other. Have the ability to strike with remote hands. With people out of work, mobilise and build barriers. The targets are switched to soft ones, the cowards are finding Spetz just too much for them. We can never guarantee 100% safety, but we can guarantee freedom. Freedom will be the prison for these cowards, the jailers will be all our people. Prevention is the way to go, so let's all work together to make it happen.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Good luck in Russia's terriorism prevention efforts. Perhaps Russia can help the world solve this new crazy, senseless terriorism/criminality that is taking innocent lives all over the world. Some of the violence is just criminal animals that are being released from prisons prematurely, like in the case of the animal who recently murdered four American police officers. Russia and the U. S. A. should share tactics and work together to hunt down and deal with these evil animals. One solution to reduce this mass murder is to serve swift punishment upon them. There is no need for long, drawn out trials and ten years on death row before it is even possible to execute mass murderers. They don't allow their victims such consideration. They will be less likely to do the crime if they know that they will be executed quickly, when caught. These actions should fall under the prevention category.
