During his visit to Nizhny Tagil in the Urals, Russian Prime minister Vladimir Putin visited the weapons testing-ground of the Institute of Metal Testing and Uralvagonzavod, a leading Russian tank producer.

It is great to see that Russia has leant the lessons of WWII and as a result spreading its key industries into different parts of the country. Putin is always on the go and working! I feel he cares about Russia.
