Russia’s Prime Minister has received a provocative birthday present: students of the Moscow State University posed for an erotic calendar especially for Vladimir Putin.

The sexy calendar, which will also be on public sale, features young women students from the Department of Journalism.

Each model is pictured with speech bubbles, saying things like “How about a third time”, referring to rumors he could run for the presidency again, or simply “We love you”.

The creators say the idea was to show smart young women can still be beautiful.

And, of course, the students wanted to wish Putin a very happy birthday.

However, one person who was not very happy about the calendar was the President of the faculty, Yasen N. Zasursky, who called the calendar “a model of bad taste.”

“This calendar lacks elegance, everything is very straight-forward, crude and clumsy,” he said.

Besides, Zasursky predicted that the erotic photos would negatively influence the girls’ careers in the future and said the girls should expect to be summoned to the faculty.

He assured, however, that the girls would not face any penalties other than a mild lecture.
