World fitness stars give master class at Moscow festival

The International Sports and Physical Culture Festival has become one of Moscow's most eagerly awaited events – showing that more and more Russians are making fitness one of their priorities.
For the last fourteen years, fitness professionals have been coming to Moscow for the Festival. The event has been growing every year since its inception.
Participants from all over Russia get the chance to mingle with like-minded people, and the four-day programme has workshops with world-renowned professionals from the spheres of fitness, sports medicine and sports equipment.
The festival will culminate in Sunday's fitness competition finals and a gala party featuring Russian showbiz stars.
