One of the greatest rappers of all time, who is mostly regarded as a “gangsta” rap legend, Snoop Dogg, is coming back to Moscow for the second time, after last year’s concerts in the capital and St.Pete.
His biography is quite similar to other rappers’ – the same difficult childhood, same problems with drugs and the law – but the charisma is, of course, unique. The rapper’s special way of telling simple human stories in his songs, and his terrific sense of rhythm, have made him a sure-fire crowd pleaser.
The career of the famous rapper took off in the early ’90s. The super-label Deathrow Records, formed by the now legendary producer Dr Dre, noticed the future star in LA, California. Very soon, Snoop Doggy Dogg, who later shortened his stage name, won popularity among millions. After the five successful years with Death Row, the Doggfather released eight more albums on different labels, building an enormous catalogue of hits.
Snoop is also known as a record producer, actor, and one of the most noticeable marijuana legalization activists. And he can undoubtedly be named as the most-influential, internationally-known, charismatic and, moreover, still alive and not-yet-jailed-to-be-forgotten rapper in the US.
So freeze, you fans, in anticipation of facing the all-time favorite rap star performing his best hits from “Drop It Like It’s Hot” and “What’s My Name” to the latest “Sensual Seduction” at B1 Maximum on Thursday, August 26. And be prepared to go to the expense of the ticket prices: from 3,000 rubles (about $100) up to 15,000 rubles (about $500) and more for super-VIP.

Definitely the greatest rapper of all time, I can't lay finger on any rapper that long, with such a consistency and a buzz so strong like he's just making he's debut as a rapper. He's international acclaim is intimidating, his cultural appeal is legendary, on TV, in sports, politics, charity, he's just amazing. I mean his iconic status and appeal is in the same league with the likes of Michael Jackson, Elvis...Its that strong that, if u don't know Snoop Dogg then you must be from some other planet! Snoop Dogg Greatest Rapper of All Time! period.
