Artist Elena Rzhevskaya and collector Lyudmila Nenasheva have united to prepare the exhibition.
Rzhevskaya has spent years creating the collages. She pays particular attention to eyes and lips – as these parts of the body encapsulate her idea of sensuality.
“None of the people in my collages are depicted in their real bodies. I always take the face of one personality, hands from another, body from the third and legs from the forth,” Elena Rzhevskaya said.
For her part, Lyudmila Nenasheva combed the vintage boutiques and galleries of Los Angeles in search of jewellery featured in Hollywood movies of the first half of the 20th century.
In Moscow, visitors are offered an opportunity not only to appreciate, but also to acquire, some rare jewellery.
The trade display is on until April 25.
