Moscow teenagers have invented a new way to get adrenaline rush – train surfing.

The teenagers call their invention “electriching” – from the Russian word “electrichka,” meaning commuter train.

The adrenaline junkies have even worked out special instructions for newcomers.

First, train surfers should make sure that the overhead high-voltage cables are at least one meter over their head.

Second, so-called sportsmen should be good at avoiding policemen and railway staff who will fine them – of course, if they catch them.

Rail authorities say train surfing is very dangerous – among the risks are falling off the train, falling under a train, and electrocution.
