An exhibition of pop star Madonna's images by fashion photographer Steven Klein opened in Moscow – set to make added headlines when a surprise guest dropped in.
Madonna-mania flared in Russia months ago, when it was announced that the diva would perform in the capital on her Confessions tour. For Russians waiting years to see the star live, she’s here at last, though there have been those doubting whether it was all for real. Events flaunting the singer have been running in the capital for weeks. The exhibition dubbed “Madonna X-static Process” was rated by followers a must-to-see. Celebrities dream to be captured on Klein’s camera, like top model Natalia Vodyanova, lucky enough to win a photo session, a ticket to the exhibition and confessing she's a big Madonna fan set for the concert curtain up. The celeb’s celebration features about 30 shots and three videos, Klein using provocative poses and glaring colours in a show which has spanned the globe… graced in Moscow by an impromptu visit from the Material Girl herself.
