I think your idea is a great one the only thing that you might be leaving out of the picture of making money for your company is! While building a beautiful resort why not have win generators that make no noise like they have out west and sell the power back to the power companies like FP&L. It is only smart thinking to make more money plus look at how it would cut the cost of your energy bill. It would also make allot of ECO friend people want to stay at your resort. Just something I thought I would share with you.
