Dominating men’s tennis for the past few years, the world’s top two players took over the streets of New York putting a stop to Manhattan’s lunchtime traffic in a pre-U.S. Open volley.

Defending Open champion Roger Federer and world Number Two Rafael Nadal delighted crowds with a taste of what’s to come when they headline one of the sport’s most prestigious and richest events. This has been a solid season for Federer, winning the Australian Open and taking the Wimbledon title for the fourth straight year. Nadal has been the only player able to have beaten Federer with a 6-2 record against him. With both men at the height of their game and most money put on a final match between the two, they are clearly frontrunners at this year’s Open.
