I think this is a great article of reading. It would make a great deal of sence to say, what country found the treasure should keep it.

Bureaucrats the world over are jealous of people that work for a living. So they use their power to make life horrible for those who have chosse not to take a free ride through life. In the United States there are two choices, you can earn a living, or get a Government check. If it was not for the private person there would be no treasure recovery at all. The treasure hunters are the reason most Archaeologist would not have jobs in this country. Thank You, Carl Fismer
