Should kids freak out on their PCs?

In an information technology era, children are using computers from a very early age. But are they good or bad for a child's development?

Some say it's a good idea for children to use computers. It activates the kids, makes them interested in learning, and makes their imagination stronger.

But there is also an opposite opinion. If a computer takes up all of a child's time, he stops communicating and becomes aggressive.
