Palin beware – Russians can see you too!

Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin is not the only one who can see another country across a vast ocean. In a satirical response to her comments about being able to see Russia from Alaska, a hilarious YouTube video shows a Russian man build a telescop

Sarah Palin is the new star on the U.S. political scene, but the secret of her success borrows heavily from the man currently in charge, says John Bourke, political analyst for RT.

I think it is soooooo terrible how Sara Palin is being treated. Must be A Democratic site to post all terrible things about her. Those that live in Glass houses should not throw stones. I am so sick of what the democratics are doing, if they were doing their jobs they wouldn't have so much time to throw dirt. Because they are sure not doing their job starting right at the top, The President and all of his crooks that he has put in office. He used 9000+ gallons of gas on earth day, doesn't he realize that people are going to get so sick of seeing him every minute on TV that pretty soon they won't even listen to him or his cohorts. I have never seen anything so terrible in my 74 years. You people get a life and get this country back on scope.

Gov. Sarah Palin as Gov. of Alaska is the Commander in Chief of the 49th Missile Defense Battalion of Alaska, the first line of defense for the entire Nation, and the only “Guard Unit” on permanent active duty. She is the only Gov. routinely briefed on highly classified military issues, homeland security, and counter terrorism. She probably has a higher security rating than any Senate or House member. In my opinion, she was/is much more qualified to be President than Obama. She is a “Regular” person, not a phony, no need to bow to Unions and other organizations for their support. For these reasons, she is seen as a threat to politicians on both sides of the “aisle” who fear and attack her. A very capable person, and well liked.

No wonder I like here? She is doing her job!!! She owes no man Anything! She is attacked for being Right Smack On Target, and not afraid to say it. She is a LEADER, and a pleasant breath of fresh air to a stagnant Washington,DC. My only problem with Sarah is that she ran in the wrong Party. She needs to run in the Libertarian party. She will not fit in to the GOP. The GOP is losing it's members, not because they are non-inclusive , but because they are losing their moral principles and don't stand for anything. Sarah stands for ALL that America IS. Freedom, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. Limited Govt and Fiscal Responsibility, and National Defense. She is the Man that the GOP wishes they could be. And they are all jealous, especially McCain, who was a coward and could not stand up for his own self, let alone the People of the United States of America. Real American Patriots come in All shapes and sizes and will not be defined by GOP or DEM. We will be defined by the way we live and the principles we STAND FOR.

In my opinion, journalism and freedom of speech is gone in America of today and that is a big shame. People die to come to this country for what America use to be. Enough of bashing Sarah Palin. She is a super Governor of Alaska. In my opinion, she should have been the Presidential candidate in the race with John McCain and not the other way around. The left is so frightened of her achievement and that is why they are still talking about her even after the race is over. Shame onto the so called feminist group and ACLU for picking one side to support instead to standing up for all Americans regardless of what group they support.

Sarah Palin to me is many things. She is a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and an outstanding Governor. My vision for her is to be the best Governor ever. The State of Alaska will be a leader in energy and a safeguard for the rest of the States with its missile defense system. Somehow, someway these things will be accomplished in spite of projects being cancelled by Obama's group. Governor Palin, I feel, follows her Creator in her daily life whether at the Capital, home or on the road. My prayers are with her and each of her family every day. My prayer for her future in the political arena will be according to God's will.

I think Americans have shown no mercy for Sarah Palin. She is not qualified to be president, but I admired her courage to accept the challenge of being the next vice-president. The media loves to criticize individuals from an intellectual perspective. However, they informed themselves before the interview. I might add, the cruelty towards Sarah has mainly been women. Good job women, you have continued that path of "Women mis-treating women."

Wow, what great choices for candidates to lead the republican party out of the pile of dung they have created: Dick Cheney, Rush Limbaugh and now Sarah Palin???????? No wonder THEY have become the laughing stock of The American people. The Democrats must lay awake in bed each night chortling to their hearts content. Keep up the good work republicans

I cannot make a decision on the limited information I have whether or not Sarah Palin has what it takes to be president, however I do believe she is a lot smarter than most people believe. Let's face it, George W. could not get it right after the Clinton administration and now whatever Barack Obama tries people will blame him if it doesn't work. I, for one, wonder why Sarah even wants to consider a position that gets no respect from the citizens of this country anymore. We all need to stand behind our president instead of trashing the individual.

As a male member of Team Sarah, I request to weigh in on the discussion of Gov. Palin's qualifications. For the most part, I wish to share Fred Barnes' article from The Weekly Standard, November 3, 2008. But before I do, I want to bring up one issue that has always been a part of American history. We've always debated whether the upper class should give rulers to this nation, or whether common people can as well. Gov. Palin brings that issue back into the limelight again, so show common people can supply rulers. Now for Mr. Barnes' article: 'Lack of experience is a recurring issue not only for vice presidential candidates, but for presidential nominees as well. Barach Obama has been attacked for his limited experience in foreign policy. And though Biden, his running mate, has spent 36 years in the Senate, he seems to have learned very little from this experience. 'Palin is in a familiar situation. Governors who run for national office automatically face questions about their inexperience in foreign affairs. Ronald Reagan did. Bill Clinton did. So did George W. Bush. Had Obama picked Virginia governor Tim Kaine as his veep, Kaine would have been hit with those questions. If McCain had chosen Minnesota governor Tim Pawlenty (as he came close to doing), Pawlenty would have faced the same doubts. So the qualms about Palin's experience are merely par for the course. 'Palin's record is another critical test of her personal skill as a leader. What has she done? A lot more than Kaine or Pawlenty or most governors. She ousted an incumbent governor of her own party, successfully fought corruption in the party, and tore up a deal with oil companies, forcing them to accept a less lucrative agreement on a new natural gas pipeline.' I wish to put an update on the last statement. She got two groups that had been fighting each other for decades, the environmentalists and the energy industry (after doing what she did in the above paragraph) to get them to the discussion table and get them to compromise enough to pass the Alaska Gas Incentive Act in December 2008, something many people thought would never happen. Therefore, to answer the question of whether Gov. Sarah Palin is qualified to run for national office, I say "Absolutely Yes!"

Governor Sarah Palin is a breath of fresh air in the United States. Governor Palin espouses and communicates ideals that this country stood for until a deranged pseudo-intellectual "elite" perverted our youth and offered to subsidize the no longer competitive enterprises otherwise unsustainable in the free market economy (daily press, Detroit auto industry's unions and management and Wall Street Hedge Funds scrooges). Therefore, the collusion of leftist ideologues armed with mafia style street practices and funded by the newly born societal dependents has succeeded to pervert the electorate and elect Obama as their president. Yes, he is not a president of all Americans. To demonstrate His partiality He is transferring wealth from those who earned it through their hard labor to those who have failed to compete in the market place. Instead of helping the weak to retrain, re-educate, move and restart a new life he is subsidizing the chosen ones in a classic form of socialist corrupted government. Forcing the Federal Reserve Bank to sell bonds no one wants to buy except the treasury department itself he is accumulating an unprecedented debt that is discouraging other countries to invest in the United States. Successful sectors of our economy are cutting back and investing abroad. USA is led to become a developing nation where unemployment is already over 9 percent and climbing which is good news for the present administration because it expects to grow the ranks of dependents that shall gladly and forcibly vote Democrat. I can hear Sarah Palin's cry in the dark calling for an early wake up. Not only does she offer a rallying call for a real CHANGE that this nation needs but she also reflects the goodness of a family lifestyle that has been the backbone of America for over 200 years. She offers toughness with all, fairness for all, and opportunity for all. She does not need to lie to get elected. She does not need to read what she says for fear of losing track of the past half truths. She is a winner that I admire and firmly believe would shake up WDC establishment and take the reins of government back to the people in order to achieve results that would make our grand children proud. This writer is nothing but a MOONBAT LIBERAL who voted for this socialist President who has installed leftist policies like Government Moters, the Porkulas bill which hasn't created 3 million new jobs but has lost them instead which is why America has a 9.5% unemployment rate. This bleephole is probably the type of moonbat who stil thinks it's Bush's fault for the mess Obama has gotten us into. Sarah Palin has more class then this writer will EVER have! 1-20-13 Obama's Last Day! We depower the Prez in Nov 2010 my leftist friend!

Conservatism isn't a tactic for election, it's not a stratagy nor is it a political leaning. Conservatism is a way of life, it is impossible to fake and is easily recognizable by another conservative. It is for this reason that McCain had no chance for election. When a true conservative steps up she or he will be elected.

Sara Palin would have won if she had been the presidential candidate. The more she is attacked the stronger she gets. I will stand up for her anytime. She is the daughter a lot of Americans would love to claim as their own.

I didn't Know anything about Mr.Obama pryor to becomming president, I didn't know Mrs.Sarah Palin before running with Mr.McCain but I know enough about both of them now and let me say this ...This country would still be the Greatest country on the earth if Mrs.Sara Palin were leading us out of this mess instead of the poor little grandma's boy and his america hateing wife, preacher and radical friends. I'm an American first and not some party member. American voters in the past have always produced a ballance of power that ultimently served the people but this is the first time i feel the ballance is to serve an agenda..It will take real people comming together to bring it back to the real people. Life is tough everywhere but is was just overall better right here in America when "God" was leading it. God's message is to love one another, pick a leader who follows Gods plan and America will Rise agin!

In Sarah Palin's disastrous interviews with Charles Gibson and Katie Couric, she permanently derailed her chances for national office. Nothing can make up for the idiotic answers she gave and, thanks to video tape, these interviews will live on forever. She is a joke with the majority of voters and that fact won't change! Give it up Sarah and Sarah lovers.

It's sad when an honest human being is attacked and slandered to the extent that Sara Palin has been. Shame on those who do so. Seeing the mess and lack of confidence caused thereby in our country's capitol, I am truely concerned about my granchildren's (and my) future and the debt being heaped on us willy nilly. Where does it stop?? Why are folks so afraid of this lady?? I've met her, spoke with her, and she enjoyed my husband's barbeque. My prayers are with her and her family. Can you imagine the tone there would be in our nation's capitol if SHE were there?? I hape it is in God's will for that to come to fruition.

Sarah Palin has more administrative and government leadership ability in her little finger than Oboma and his socialist friends have in their combined heads. Give me the Lady Bear killer at least she knows how to pull the trigger on the bad guys and wont back down. My suggestion to Sarah when she becomes President is to give all the Liberals and Socialist a one way ticket to the European country of their choice or the Muslim country of their choice the Left wants to live in a communist country so send them to Cuba or China all expenses paid now there is Change I can believe in..........................

It's about time we get some ordinary Americans in office...those who know how to actually run an average home, budget, and family, instead of these elite millionaires who don't have a clue. The current President is more concerned with the federal government take-over of health care, energy, and education than ending wars or helping the economy. He pushes his agenda, no matter what the cost or consequences.
