Russian “Crush” to screen at Venice Film Festival

The film almanac “Crush”, by young Russian directors, has made it to the program of the 66th Venice International Film Festival.

The international premiere of Swiss film “Happy New Year!” takes place in Moscow on Sunday. The film is one of 16 films taking part in the main competition of the 31st Moscow International Film Festival.
Pavel Lungin’s drama about one of Russia’s most controversial tsars, Ivan the Terrible, and Nikolay Khomeriki’s ‘Tale in the Darkness’ will premiere at the most prestigious film festival in the world, at Cannes.

The American queen of burlesque and striptease dancer Dita von Teese will join the German duo ‘Alex Swings Oscar Sings’ on stage in Moscow. The extravagant trio will perform at the Eurovision final on May 16.
