Russian Igor Andreev has won the ATP comeback of the year award for 2007. Andreev had knee surgery in April, causing his tennis world ranking to drop to 235. But he finished the year at 33, despite missing out on any finals.

Andreev’s highlight of the year was beating Andy Roddick at the French Open in May.

Other ATP award winners included Roger Federer (player of the year), Mike and Bob Bryan (doubles team of the year), Ivan Ljubicic (humanitarian of the year), Novak Djokovic (most improved player) and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga (newcomer of the year).
