This may be the year of the Beijing Olympic Games, but a village in Northern India is hosting its own unique sporting competition. The so-called Rural Olympics showcase traditional sports and unusual talent.

They feature a bullock-cart race, dog races, and a 100-meter dash – only for athletes aged over 75.

More daring competitors ride two horses at the same time.

And one event even has participants letting a tractor pass over their legs.
